Feed Importer

When uploading my feed, I selected “Original Text/ HTML” but instead of HTML, it shows as plain text.

Since the kind of HTML that is allowed differs per marketplace, even if there is HTML inside the original marketplace feed, when listing to other marketplaces text will be used instead.

When uploading my feed, I selected “I want to use Lisuto for control stock” but it looks like the stock control didn’t work.

If the feed did not include the listing ID’s for that marketplace, LISUTO! can not do the stock control.

When uploading my feed, I selected “I want to use Lisuto for control stock” but even though the item got sold, the stock wasn’t dropped.

When using the feed importer, it will take some time before the stock control is working for all the items in the feed. If the item is sold before the import is complete, it is possible that the stock control for that item is not running yet.

When uploading my feed, I selected “Create listing data for all your connected marketplaces” but the items are not listed to the marketplaces.

The listing data was created for each connected marketplace, but the products are not listed yet. To list all the items, go to the “Manage Inventory” screen and please select all items. Click on “Bulk Action”, followed by “Start Listing” and all your items will be listed to the marketplaces.

I want to import another feed, but I can’t upload it.

While a feed is still pending, a new feed can not be imported yet.
Once the first feed is finished a second one can be imported.

Products that were listed from LISUTO! are also included in the feed. Is this a problem?

As long as the SKU is included in the feed, this is not a problem.
The LISUTO! feed importer function won’t create duplicate listings for products with the same SKU.

Except for the mandatory values on the “Map Fields” screen, I am not sure about the other fields.

This function is for professionals. Except for the mandatory values, it is not necessary to map the other values.

On the “Map Fields” screen I cannot find the correct LISUTO! attribute to match the column header in my feed.

Each marketplace has a different feed and there will be column that are not required or that LISUTO! does not support. Therefore it is not necessary to map all the fields.
This function is for professionals. Except for the mandatory values, it is not necessary to map the other values.

When uploading my feed, the error “Upload file isn’t UTF8 (0200282001)” appeared.

The CSV file has to be changed to UTF-8 format.
This can be done by following the below steps.

➀ Open the CSV file with the Notepad program.

➁ Select “Save as…”

➂ Next to the “Save” button, select UTF-8 for “Encoding”.

➃ Save the file.

After changing the format you should be able to upload the file.
